Struggling with 16:8 fasting. Every 3-4 weeks I go on food binges & it’s terrible! Need hacks.

I haven't been doing it as long as you but I have had times where I didn't/couldn't do my fasting times. I tried to just stick with my calories. Also drink water with electrolytes.0

I also participate in a Fasting Tracker app that I love! It shares lots of tips, facts, and encouragement. The main thing is you get back at it!! I think it's awesome that you only binge every three or four weeks. I am praying to do as well for myself! (I'm a newbie!)0

I just started OMAD. I find otherwise I obsess meal to meal. If unbearably hungry at home, I get out package of konjac noodles, 8oz broth, chop mushrooms, chop zucchini and heat and eat. That's about 50cal. Then big glass flavor water. That does me just right until between 5 and 7 when I eat. I'm just at the beginning, but there it is.0
