Just wanted to post a new discussion thread to see if anyone is trying to restart weight loss in Late October 2024? I need to lose 30+ pounds, am 47, very busy, in perimenopause, and have insomnia. Trying to fast 16-36 hrs, and so far it’s working.
36 hour ADF
I do really well with 36 hour fasts M-W-F. I’m jumping back in with a fast tomorrow. I’m also getting back to a Mediterranean style diet. I’m forgiving myself for gaining weight in 2022. It was a tough year. But I’m also needing to get healthier, so 2023 is it. No more excuses!
