Hello everyone, Due to personal issues I have not been on for the past few months and slipped off my diet and exercise program. I was down to 237lbs and then blew up to 255. I am now back down to 252 after just 2 days. I'm starting back slow on the fasting but going to hit the gym daily. I will be at the gym tonight from 7-whenever I can't exercise anymore lol. So far I've done one 24 hour fast and working on my second. I only had some bacon and cottage cheese to eat at 930-10am and will be fasting until that time tomorrow.

Funny, I def can't do anything but OMAD. I find I obsess from meal to meal then. OMAD so much easier to logistically manage.0
