Small gain this week, can't say I'm surprised, I thought it might be more. I've not been tracking, and food hasn't been great. We had a reward lunch at work, I had a bad binge one day and just have been eating more in general at night. We went out for our monthly date night last night which was amazing, there was a live swing quartet playing, but it involved alcohol and yummy food of course. So plan for this week is to track 100% even if I'm dealing with a binge. I'd really like to get back to where I was on my last official weigh before I went on holiday for the end of this month.2 -

Well, I managed to hold my goal weight, which is surprising. I had 2 serious cheat days. I'm going to try to get in a 15 minute walk everyday, for as long as I can fit them in. I might put my fitbit back on, it's been at least 7 months of not wearing it. I really hope to get back on track0 -

Well I managed to get back to my pre-holiday weight. I did better at tracking but definitely wasn't 100% I still had a couple of binges this week but I was good on the other days which helped to offset it I guess. Looking forward to the new month and hopefully seeing some more downward movement as this month has basically been clawing my way back to where I was last month haha.
@Americanbabydoll Vacations are a pain but so worth it in the end. You're right. We got this

@StacieBugPrude Yay well done on hitting your goal for the month, amazing result. Small changes lead to big results. My fit watch thing has also not been on my wrist much this month. Good luck for September!1
