Hello all

Started ketoing, been 9 days and in the keto flu mode. Mainly not sleeping is my issue. So what I want to know what surprising foods hacks have you found that’s kept your keto going. Mine was fried chicken, yes fried chicken. Not high in carbs as I thought. What’s yours.

    I don't really have any but I do have a food/sleep tips for you. Pistachios are the highest food source of melatonin. I have a handful before bed when I'm having trouble sleeping.
