Weekly Checkin for Everyone! 9/19-9/25

Everyone have a great week. My goals this weeks..
<3 increase protein
<3 get in 4 workout sessions this week

that's it for the week. I have a long work week ahead. 8 day work week. I started yesterday and i am on day 2 and feel sluggish but I hope that will change by the end of the day.

    Great goals! Protein helps you retain muscle! That’s so important.

    My goal is to get 10k steps in each day. I’ve been struggling with that due to so many travel days. Worth it as I’m visiting my daughter. Last time we saw her was just before Christmas.

    My goal this week is to keep at it! It's been less than 2 weeks and I'm scared that I won't have willpower to keep going.

    SBR you can do it! It gets easier as you go!

    I’m doing a 30 day system that really helps with cravings. We are doing a group challenge in October I will send you more info if you’re interested.

    We went for an extended walk today Tuesday evening so I could get my steps in.

    We drove a good part of the day, so I was short steps. Somehow since I had stated my goal here i felt more compelled to do it!
