Hi, I'm Kathi and I had Sleeve surgery 08/14/2018. After losing and meeting my weight goal, COVID arrive, along with a lot of stress and easy access to food. I lost my position and was unemployed for about 3 mos, and then I was hired into a position where I SAT ALL DAY.
I am implementing tools I used previously and the weight is coming off, but I'm looking for support with others who've also had bariatric surgery.

Hi, Kathi. I am in the same boat. I had surgery 5/11/2021 and stopped losing and think I have actually begun gaining again. I need help!! I am struggling but not giving up. I am definitely here to support you!

Hi Kathi and MrsDavis, I was sleeved 5/5/2022. Height 5'7" HW=260 SW=246 CW=207 GW=165. I work remotely and am sedentary but try to exercise 30 minutes, 5 days a week (3 cardio/2 weight training). I'd love to form a group to keep each other accountable. I'm having a difficult time getting in my water and protein. I finally decided to pay for a MyFitnessPal subscription to better track nutrition and weight goals.

I am right there with you. I was sleeved 06/01/22 and lost 55 pounds by November. Then I started eating to many of the slider foods, tons of processed carbs, and just stopped working toward my goals. I am now 10 pounds heavier than I was last November. I am so frustrated with myself and I have to get back on track, Now after 16 months I can eat more which is not good. So I signed up for this tool and I am paying a coach to help me with my macros and exercise for at least the next three months so I can develop better habits again. I’m just so glad there are people on here who understand the struggle. We aren’t alone on this journey. We can win this fight.0

Hi everyone, I had VSG 12/29/21. Height 5'6", HW=235 SW=220 CW=167 GW=150. I am trying to get the right calorie balance with at least 100g of protein and carbs, 20% fat, 40% protein, 40% carb around 1300 calories. I found that I was wayyyy undereating. I'm wishing there were realistic food plans out there for us!0
