Winter 2023 Challenge

This challenge runs from January 1 until the end of February, about 10 weeks. I like to plan challenges based on the season. My goal for the year is to lose 30 pounds through weighing, tracking food, and two days a week of intermittent fasting (750 calories). I will also do recumbent biking, swimming, and chair yoga and plan to get to bed by 11:00 or earlier and awaken at 9:00 or earlier.

For 2023 I plan to continue weighing myself every day, walking my 2 mile route in the morning and getting back to doing my daily 22 minute cardio/strength.
My goal is to bring my body down to 124 by tracking my food and exercising. For the month of January, my goal is to drop 3 pounds.0 -
My goal is to get my water intake every day and cut out sugar. Weigh myself and lose 5 lbs.1
