Daily calorie changes while tracking macros

Hi! This is my first official post. I’ve purchased Leanne Vogel’s books and plan to stick to the menu plan she has outlined for CK. (Pretty much 70-75% fat, 20-25% protein and 5% carb). I’ve changed my daily tracking to show protein, carbs and fats but, I can’t figure out how to change the calorie counts per day. She’s kind of all over the place with them and with the “ locked in” calorie amt that myfitnesspal decides for you, it’s hard to track the daily macros. I’ve contacted support. They said daily calorie counts could be changed on a desk top. The Myfitnesspal website on my desktop doesn’t accept my email/password sign in. I reported it to support. If anyone knows how to do this, would be grateful😊

First question. Do you have Premium?
I don't, so I need to know whether my advice is worth a darn to you, cuz premium has extra features unlocked. Meanwhile I'll be looking on the app at how this is accomplished. I usually change things on the desktop site myself.

If anyone else knows though please feel free to jump in.

I don't change my macros until the weight I lose says I have to. I wish I could help you.

It is easy to change all of your macros on the Goals page. For Calories, Fat, Carbs and Protein just click the Edit link next to Daily Nutrition Goals. This is on the website... I don't have the app so unsure about that.
