Megan I am not well with my steps ever since I had RSV. I think I will take a break from them for the next month and see I can build back my strength. Thanks!3 -

I've passed my January weight loss goal of 246 lbs! My goal for February is 240 lbs. Let's go!
Awesome loss! Stick to your goals and you be successful.3 -
I am really enjoying reading everyone's information. I hope to be able to get back on here and respond more in the morning
Have a wonderful day, folks!
Welcome back! I love your words of wisdom.Running4Bipolar wrote: »@Megan_smartiepants1970 @lindamtuck2018
I have been wanting to change my username on here forever. Can you update me on the spread sheet from Tessita_07 to @running4bipolar?
We will get the changes made. Exercising is so good for our mental health. I read a quote that said food is the most over used anti anxiety medication and exercise is the most underused antidepressant. It is so true.

It’s just a small bump in a long journey. I eat everything within reason. I love my potato chips but it was getting out of hand again. Every night is not reasonable. Now I have a single size serving on the weekends. Love all the green on your check in.3 -
Hello everyone, special welcome to our new team members. I'm Lis, used to be fatfifties but now I'm slimmersixties! I'm the team motivator but should probably be sacked for inconsistency!!!!
I joined f2f in August 2021 at 276lb and with the help of this great team got down to 186lb before Xmas.
I live and travel in an rv in Europe for months at a time .. its my happy place, I eat well, exercise loads, log in here daily and loose weight!
Then I return home to Granada, Spain .... I eat badly, socialise to much, drink, rarely exercise, don't log in here and struggle with my weight!
Well, the good news is I'm back in the rv full time (back from a week in the UK). Start travelling tomorrow, heading to Morocco, fridge stocked with healthy foods, walking shoes at the ready, logging daily, let's go! 175lb goal weight here I come5 -
This is Megan's daughter, just giving an update on her, she is home, she's out of it, and she'll either be on tomorrow, we don't know if the surgery was successful until her next follow up, dr said she will be in a lot of pain8

Please remove me from the step challenge...thanks!!3

I hope your surgery went well, and you are resting as comfortably as you can!! 🤗
Thanks it hasn't happened yet... I have to be there at 7am ...surgery is at 8am
I should have added, "by the time you read this."🧡1 -
NSV tonight - the first time in a couple years that my ring slides all the way down on my finger. Snug, but still... I have felt very self conscious not wearing it, so this feels good.

My anxiety issues have completely disappeared since I got in shape4 -
Today was overwhelming. I had at least a dozen people in the office talk to me about my weight loss including an old supervisor that I haven't seen in months who didn't even recognize me. It was crazy. (I only go into the office twice a week and i had been on vacation for a couple weeks) Every time I got up to do something I got stopped. It was so nice. My co worker April told me that the entire office is rooting for me. Just more motivation to keep on pushing!7

Omg, time spent visiting my mother. Listening to a constant 1. "you've lost enough weight now", 2. "time to stop this diet nonsense" 3."one biscuit won't hurt you" 4. "I cooked your favourite xyz" 5. "Have a dessert, I don't want to eat alone" etc etc etc.
And finally home and weighed in at 199.6lb! Up from 189lb 2 weeks ago.
It's not her fault. It's mine. She didn't hold my nose and make me swallow all those carbs!!!
Does anyone else have friends and relatives sabotaging their weight loss efforts? Any hints for coping with them?
Just scary how easy it is to slip back into old ways!
Back in the rv now. All temptation removed. 24.6lb to lose to reach my target weight by my 60th birthday on 20 April!! (Hoping for a big water weight drop once I cut the carbs out)5 -

I have decided to put Keto on the back burner I was going to start today but I am not able to stand let alone meal prep once a week so it is going to have to wait until I heal6

Weighed myself this morning.
I'm 1 pound away from my goal weight.
Weigh in day is tomorrow. Gonna try and finish this off.6 -

Oh yes, that's how I allowed myself to gain back so much of what I lost. My husband and son were definitely the culprits - but yes - I am the one who chose to eat the food.
Thankfully, my husband has now joined the fitness journey and is on board with me - it's so helpful.
