Sometimes the scale doesn't move as fast as you want it to, but that doesn't mean you are not getting smaller. Two weeks ago, I decided to take measurements to chart my progress in another way. Over the weekend, I measured again, and I've lost a lot of inches in two weeks:

Neck: -.25"
Waist: -4.5"
Hips: -2.25"
Bust: -1.5"
Thighs: -4" (2"x 2 legs)
Arms: -3" (1.5" x 2 arms)

Have any of you taken measurements to chart your progress?

That's amazing!! I have noticed small changes so far. Got my 2nd shot today at my weigh in and lost 3.8 lbs in my first week.

I had a nutrition coach to not watch the scale but notice how your clothes fit.

    Easier said than done.

I watch both. When you need to lose almost 200 pounds, you want to see the numbers move.

Agreed - I both weigh almost daily and also observe how my jeans and bra fit. When I got out of the habit of weighing daily, I discovered I'd put on ten pounds in a month. It's important to catch these trends early, and nip them in the bud!!

For the life of me, I could not find my tape measure, so just got a new one. Will take measurements tonight and add to my app profile.
