New to ozempic
So I am type 2 diabetic..Dr put me on ozempic , I take my 2nd dose of .50 mg tomorrow. Anyone having trouble eating, nothing tastes right..makes me nauseated good thing I have lost almost 30lbs but that's too much for 5 week period. I have been on Qzempic for two months. Close to 20 lbs down. I was also doing intermittent fasting. My moods have been all over the place. So not doing the fasting anymore. Do you think that will help?
Fiber intake
I'm going on wk 2 of Tirzepatide in 2.5mg - no problems so far, but wanted to know what do you suggest for fiber intake once I move up to the 5mg. Please advise.
Diarrhea symptoms?
I recently upped dosage from 1.0 to 1.7 mg. I had not experienced any side effects on the lower dosages, but starting with the 1.7 I got 5 days of constipation followed by 3 days of diarrhea. I have heard this abates but not found any information on how long it takes. Anyone else have experience of this?
