End of year 1 on Semaglutide compound

I ended year 1 on semaglutide compound today. Losing very very slowly. Lost 8.6kg's over the last year. I'd really like to lose a little bit more, but the expense versus the slow loss is hard to justify. I am on 1mg now. Am thinking of slowly decreasing, very slowly. Perhaps get back down to my start dose of .25mg by the end of this year and see how it goes. I am not prepared to go through this journey again (expense), so slowly slowly does it for me.....how slowly? Not sure - anyone have any suggestions on pulling back on the dosage without allowing the awful food noise to start again?

Quick explanation on the 'why this drug' question that comes up when I admit to this - which I really don't do often. My business and mostly don't feel like explaining my reasons to people who don't have my issues. I didn't have too much to lose - I wanted to lose between 10 and 15 kg's. I realise now that 15kg's is just too much at my age (58) and I will never get back to my younger weight. Hitting the scale at around 56kg's will do me fine. I am a leg amputee, I wear a prosthesis, and carrying the extra weight over the years is starting to take a toll on my remaining joints now. Can't carry on without risking hip/knee/ankle - it has really slowed me down and made my prosthesis incredibly uncomfortable.
