    Last weekend, I took Friday and Monday off, so I got in two water fitness classes on Friday (and I don't normally have any that day), and I got in an extra one on Monday morning. This has really helped my energy level for the week. I really wish the class schedule allowed me to take one each day, but I have to be satisfied with 3 days a week most weeks.

    I'm going to hold off on posting steps for a couple hours as we are still missing numbers from a couple of our regular steppers.

    We're half way through the week, y'all! I'm pretty pleased that I've made it to today. It has been a rough week for me, though I couldn't say why. I'm just tired.

    So, this may be a silly question or maybe I'm overlooking the information, but how exactly does this challenge work? I'm confused about what I am supposed to be doing exactly. Any help or information would be great! Thanks

    Steps challenge will be posted later, I was holding out for a couple late posts and then got dogpiled. I've got the evening free and it is too cold to walk outside ... I promise! I have not forgotten!

    So you post a weigh in once a week. You include previous and current weight. The rest is optional --you can join are steppers and post weekly steps (Sun-Sat), you can post status, tell us about you and your journey, struggles, things that work. It is totally up to you and what you're comfortable with.

    Going in the right direction again. Still half a pound to go before I get back to where I was before my vacation. Hopefully by my next weigh-in it will be gone.

    I had some trouble with afternoon snacking this week. Over snacked then had to cut my calories at dinner to make up for it. I also had too much sodium. It feels like my body is fighting against me but I'm hoping that it'll be a bit easier in the coming week. I would really like to get below 160 before the end of March.
