Today's ☝️1️⃣ thing: get out and walk in the sunshine for an hour!!!1 -

Sorry for the late (again!). Got a dragged to a last minute pancake feed (and my husband assumed I would have cash for it, even though I knew nothing about it before 8pm night before. FIL insisted on paying, which was good) and then a long car repair...
Oh boy. This will be an interesting week.

Aunt Flo is visiting this week, so I am expecting better results next weekend 😃 I worked out 5x this week. I feel good about that! I added my meals except for 2 days…days when I was cramping really bad. Going to keep pressing on!
My one thing for today- 45 minutes of cardio!4 -

☝️1️⃣ I walked outside for about 40 minutes but the sun had gone by the time I went out. I did some exercises and indoor walking with hand-weights for an hour. Didn't meet my step goal but am happy with everything else.3

Weekends are challenging for me. I do good all week and then the weekend comes and I eat more that is necessary. I have frig freedom syndrome. I am going to be diligent this week and hopefully don't show a gain. My husband and I will be leaving for florida saturday. Fort myers and fort lauderdale. We will be gone for a week so:
Can I please be excused from weigh in next week?
I can't wait to see my son and grandaughter.
@BodyTalking thats awsome yoou did your one thing even tho the sun went away. You are doing great. Hey, you were tops this week for the amount of weight lost for our team!! Brainstorm ways you can be more active when you are at home. Doesn't have to be exercise, just movement. Let me know what you come up with. I could use some ideas too!!
@emm_165 I like that you do your cardio. Keep up the good work. The new you is showing.
My one thing is: Reflection is really good for the mind. Focus on positives. Write them down and post them around the house. Every time I see one, smile and read it. Its just one thing!!4 -
