🆘MUST READ: Summary of Challenge Rules to Stay Active

Our rules are basic and simple.
1) Post, points to the Weekly Living the Good Life Challenges: AKA Healthy Habits
2) Post, exercise minutes at least weekly but daily is best for your team. (before 11:59 PM Friday in your Time Zone), anything after that will not be counted.
3) Post, Weekly Weigh-Ins. (before 11:59 Saturday in your Time Zone), anything after that goes to the following week.
4) If you will be away please let us know so we can count you excused. (edit to add this reminder, your absence must also be reported on your weigh-in topic)
If you miss 2 weigh-ins or fail to post challenge points 2 weeks consecutively you become inactive by default and give up your choice of your team in future challenges.
Not knowing the rules is not a reason not to follow them.

My biggest challenge is making sure I post info before midnight on Friday's. Morning-person-who-fades-quickly-in-the-evenings.....0 -
@ThursLins I have that same problem so I set an alarm to help me to remember to post. Something else that helps is to use the save draft feature so your post is done except to change any numbers that need changed and click post reply. I know that seems kind of silly but when I'm tired and fading seconds matter!😁1
