    Saturday weighin (late)
    PW: 233
    CW: 235

Sorry for the late (again!). This is the wrong direction. I need to get back to more water, more veg, less junk. Saturday steps are a guess, I did a bunch of house work and gardening while the phone sat on a counter.

I weighed 160 two years ago. And then lost ten pounds by the end of May.

Goal: To lose ten again in 2023 by June and weigh 150 pounds and maintain it through the summer.

Never lose sight of your goals.

Good Morning Team Weight No More. I am back from vacation. The weather was great. We visited Fort Myers and Fort Lauderdale. The time spent with the Florida part of my family was great. Spent some real quality time with my Granddaughter and Son. I ate what I wanted. I lived life. And now I am back home living life. I will eat more healthy at home, I always do. And that is ok. I may have gained some weight. Friday will tell. I just know I feel great. Pain is high, that is to be expected. But things will settle down as I start eating my normal diet again.

It is just one thing. I can do one thing.

My one thing today is to do my neck and shoulder stretches.

    What is yours?

Is it possible to gain that much weight? Yes. Is it possible to gain that much fat? Absolutely not.
This is water weight to help your body process the food/activity you've been giving to it. Water is useful for repairing muscles, transporting nutrients, feeding your immune system... there's a million reasons why this weight could have shown up, but adding in two pounds of fat overnight is not one of them.

I stepped on the scale this morning and did not like what I saw. I had plans to walk on the treadmill when I got home, then I didn't feel like doing anything. After dinner I made myself exercise and I decided to go old school and do turbo jam and country heat. My plan is to do both programs and add some walking in. I already have my food ready for tomorrow. I made eggs for breakfast and a giant salad for lunch. Now to decide if I am going to be working out at 4am or waiting until I get home from work.

I have had a good day. I have been eating to my calorie goal since returning home from vacation. I would really like to feel better. I have started a new program sponsored by my work for chronic pain management. I also have a doctor appointment with a new doctor in the middle of April. I am hoping to find something to better manage my pain. It feels like a dream. It have been so many years since I have had a day without pain. Ok. Im done blubbering.
