Any advice for caffeine withdrawal symptoms?

Tapering off is the only way to go... cut my withdrawal headache to just a couple hours. Ibuprofen wouldn't even touch that headache.

Try taking a dose of Excedrin or Midol. They both contain a small amount of caffeine in them and should help.1

are you trying to eliminate it completely or just lower your intake? i, myself am lowering my intake. i am drinking tea and it seems to help keep my head at bay. compared to the "coffee pot and them some" amount of caffeine i was drinking.1

While I was cutting coffee out I took an Advil sometimes Tylenol every day to keep the headaches from the withdraws away. After a week or two I started forgetting to take one and I felt fine. I’m now down to one coffee in the morning. Let us know what worked for you.0
