I'm up another 0.4 pounds this week. Holding reasonably steady at my usual. I had a very good biometric testing for work today, so that was definitely a plus. I'd still like to take off a few pounds, but at this point, I think my goal is to hold steady(-ish) during the Passover holiday. All that matzoh, extra treats, and nice meals (with 4 cups of wine per seder) is going to take its toll!

Up 2.4 lbs this week. Having Chinese for supper didn't help this am's weigh in. I'm still in a hit and miss pattern of eating. Somedays on program and someday not. It takes many successive days in a row staying on plan and making the right choices.

Since last week (while retaining water) to this week, (after a couple of days of Lasix) I'm down 17.8#. Also, closing in on lowest since before 2008. :)

Any week of maintenance that ends in the Green Zone is a good week. This was slightly better than most.

I changed from weight loss points to adding three maintenance points at the beginning of February, and I’ve continued to lose a bit since then. My average weekly Studio weigh-in is down 1.4 from January to February, and February to March is down 1.8. My daily weigh-in average for the month is down 0.9 from January to February , and down 1.7 from February to March.

So, given the continued drop, I’m adding in another three maintenance points when my April points start on Sunday. We'll see how that goes. I’ll also keep an eye on the fourteen day daily average, and I’m expecting it to stabilize about six pounds below my official WW goal.

I weighed in at the “new” 10 AM WW meeting Thursday under the new WW “less meetings” schedule - me and 100+ of my best friends in a Studio with an official capacity of 77. We had people standing, and people sitting on the floor. It was chaotic, but the coach did a decent job shepherding a meeting in all that. She did encourage people to reach out to 24/7 Chat and raise our concerns. By the end of the day, WW had added back three meetings - an earlier Saturday AM, and earlier Thursday AM, and most important, my Thursday 5:30 with my coach!

Al - don’t know what the status of your meeting is, but bedford re-added three of the four meetings they cancelled. They now have meetings Thursday at 8:30, 10, and then 5:30 PM, and on Saturday at 7, 8:30 and 10.

Last I checked, our meeting is still there. 9:AM Wednesday. We haven't been there since mid-January. Back SOON, I hope. They set me up with PT, and Hand OT.
