    Sadly i had to go to 2 birthday parties on a single day, it was already a planned pass day for me, unfortunate that it has to be the very first day of the challenge.

    I have been away from the UAC discipline for quite a while, and this month I am focusing on re-establishing the core habits.

    My April goal here is to log in every day, and wind up a champion. Everything that arises from those choices and actions will be a bonus. Two pre-planned passes are on the calendar (Easter Family Dinner, and our 35th anniversary dinner on April 30)

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Amazingly I did (under).

    No real exercise other than walking from the bus drop off to the end of my daughter and husband's 25K run/race. Calories were definitely low as I skipped dinner due to an upset tummy.
