Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?

    Happy Friday UAC!!!!

    Any plans for the weekend?

I think I will try and make hot cross buns for Easter even though we aren't hosting anything this year. Other than that, we don't have anything else planned as we try to (kind of) quarantine as much as possible before traveling for my daughter's wedding.

Went to a salad bar luncheon today. I think I did ok. I’m still struggling with stomach issues. I think I have figured that lactose is causing it. Still working with doctors office.

    Exercise – yes
    Tracked – yes
    Calories – yes
    1 pass day so far.

Calories were a close call – we had an impromptu visit to a café for coffee and cake in the afternoon. I checked all the cakes on offer and chose a lemon cake – quite plain but still nearly 500 calories! I had to change my dinner plans but the cake was delicious.
I look at calories on a weekly total/average so I do have a little leeway some days.

Exercise: 20 minutes stretching, 30 minutes walking
Tracking: Planned the day, followed the plan
Calories: Under, but the plan involved a lot of approximations as I am eating Passover leftovers and there are not a lot of MFP entries for that kind of specific ethnic food. Weight this morning reflects approximations were not accurate :(

We don't celebrate Easter, so normal weekend after Passover festivities mid-week. My 11 year old has been invited to a friend's to sleepover for Easter. She if confused and delighted by the idea of getting an easter basket from the easter bunny, having never done that before.

was pretty proud of myself for getting out in it yesterday morning. I told myself I could walk for 20 minutes and then I said it would be easier to run a mile and faster and then said why not do 2 miles and then ended up with 4. In the rain, cold etc.... Not my favorite running weather but I managed to NOT get my feet soaked. The guy who was coughing Thurs at work was not at his desk while I was there so thats another win!

I am of an age where I try to NOT make plans and just go with the flow. It's a lot more relaxing. I always used to stress about "plans" .
