Easter was a big family day growing up. We got all dressed up and went to church and came home to Easter dinner. I don't recall what the meal was but I'm guessing ham and fixings. As an empty nester, I've started my own ritual of making Lamb Chops. My son is nearby but this year is on vacation in San Diego.2 -

Pass day... alot of pass days over Easter weekend!! Not weighing myself has been so great for my mind buy also not able to measure progress either! I am back on track today thinking of how best to move forward! Maybe one of those muscle body composition scales so I cam focus od muscle instead of weight. Xo2
