    Mornin' BBB.

Nice Easter Brunch with DS#2 in Brooklyn. Sort of miss the big family Easter brunch we use to have at an over rated French restaurant with DMIL. Everyone has scattered now that she has passed.
Lefty made a good run for the green jacket yesterday and Judge hit two homers in a win against the O's.
Our kitty goes on walk arounds with DW and the dogs in the evening. She likes to stalk the dogs and then ambush them as they pass by.

    Good Morning

Its going to get into the mid 60's here today! Lets hope we saw the last of the snow come and go now!

Ds2 is all about golfing these last couple of years. He does these simulators all winter. Had a tee time yesterday at 4:30pm at county park course. We really do have some nice courses here in Wisconsin. Not to mention the world famous sandvalley.com which is all sand dunes, right down the street from our lake property. Its said to be the driving force behind the towns growth and the locals arn't so happy about all they are doing there. I figure it increases property value, maybe?

Anyway, sure could get used to 3 day weekends!

    Have a great day BBB!

    Good morning.

Golf courses make for good neighbors, Mary. They keep the grass trimmed, no wild late night parties and there won't be any obnoxious development on that land that makes it harder to sell older homes in the area.

As expected, furniture shopping was the plan for the weekend. Total purchases were zero, but I kinda have an idea of what she's thinking and it's going to be expensive. May be cheaper in the long run to buy a different place to live. 😉

Mom came home yesterday but is definitely not ready to be there. My dad and brother are scrambling to deal with the new reality as best as they can. Today is going to be rough since I was out all week last week.

    Good morning BBB friends.

Well, it's Monday, cold, wet and blah. Lots of small tasks and errands to run. We're going to Las Vegas next month and I think I will buy our airline tickets today. Friends and family are always getting really cheap airline deals that DW points to. I hate the idea of rushing around with no reserved seats and fighting for space. Not to mention flying on an airline so "budget: that their maintenance is suspect. I'd rather pay a bit more and have a more relaxed airport experience and flight with Alaska. I'm loyal.

We had a great Easter, yesterday. Most of the leftovers went home with the younger wing of the family, too.

    Forgot to hit "Post Reply"

Was a fun tourney to watch yesterday (Masters). I always liked Phil. Elated he climbed the leaderboard to show "50'somethings" still have what it takes!

    Gonna be a long week!

    Morning BBB

Ron will finish off his root canal today and I have my first check. I assume I’ll need a filling replacement too. All of my fillings are from the 80’s or early 90’s.

It is dry season here and have had several fires lately. Usual we are downwind but either the wind shifted or there is one west of town. Yuk

    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • I was up early preparing breakfast for the Methodist Men.
    • Great picture of the Bell Master.
    • I'm not a golf fan but I did watch the last 5 hours of the Masters. Glad they finally got some good weather.
    • There is a nap in my future.
