The Difference Between Priorities and Goals
Sometimes I struggle to be sure I am focusing on the right things. Most days, it's hard for me to fit everything in. I work full-time, plus my mom lives with Hubs and I (and needs some care) And while Hubs helps around the house, I do most of the cooking. Plus Spring brings more outside work, like gardening.
On a given day, it's easy enough to let something slip as far as Tracking or Exercise.
But, I found this article an interesting and helpful way to categorize all my daily tasks and prioritize those most important to me. Thought I'd share ...

My priority each day is to make sure to take time for myself, to exercise and track my food. Perhaps someday I may to modify parts of my day but I think I can find other areas to reduce my health is most important.
Walked today an unheard of sudden blast of heat it was a struggle to get the lunch time walk down but made it tracked and logged.3 -
