I love fruit, but sometimes that just doesn’t cure my sweet tooth! If you haven’t tried smart sweets, they are delicious! You can also search sugar free on even Amazon and find lots of options. I love the Werther’s sugar-free hard candy styles do the trick as well :-)

    Cutting ice cream and other cold substances, had a slight toothache and the doctor asked to stay clear of any cold edibles 😌
