    Up a little this week, but that was to be expected with it being that time of the month (sorry if TMI) but I usually go gain a few pounds during this time. I've gotten a little lazy on writing out my meal plans but have been doing some meal prepping.
    It's core week in our martial arts classes this week so lots of core work in class last night. Did a 20 minute yoga video this morning even though I didn't really feel like doing anything. Still had to show up for myself when I don't feel like it.

    APRIL WEEK TWO
    Team Statistics -
    Steppers: 7.35 (+.65 from last week)
    Total Steps: 449,506
    Average Steps Per Stepper: 61,157
    The Leaderboard -

    @ljdanny - 84,623 total | 12,089 average - Most Consistent!!! TIED!
    @JacquelineRochelle 83,644 total | 11,949 average
    @9Harvey - 78,826 total | 11,261 average
    @OllieandEd2021 - 76,858 total | 10,980 average - Most Steps in One Day!!!
    @tadoore - 66,720 total | 9,531 average - Most Consistent!!! TIED!
    @BodyTalking - 38,269 total | 5,467 average
    @melaniedscott - 30,588 total | 4,370 average
    *@flutterlosses - 20,566 total | 10,283 average *

    All of our bolded steppers set a goal and met it, based on their average steps per day!

    We gained one stepper this week but one only posted two days (this is why our numbers increased less than a full walker)... a lot of us stepped less and those rankings shifted a lot. I know the rain here had an impact on my steps and others have mentioned similar weather (in fact, it is raining as I type).

    I can't believe I was nearly out-stepped by someone only reporting two days. Outrageous! And Most Consistent was a TIE! I don't think that has ever happened! What is going on here!?!

    @flutterlosses ... What happened to you?

    Nice walking!! Keep it up!

    Doing better after vaca but stress is continuing at about a 95/100. Mr. returned to Montana yesterday to be there for the 330# bathtub delivery. I’m concerned he is going to go rogue on making decisions about electrical and decking while flying solo. My control freak, OCD, type A personality is getting the better of me.

    Weight is moving back down…albeit slowly.
    Water consumption is going back up.
    Need to be stronger with late night feeding urges.
    Sleep is disturbed and I began a fast shooting for a 36 hour and had to eat 18 hours in…my body said no way, Jose.

    This week shall see my continued efforts to regain my obsessive control over my body’s resistance to healthful habits.

    I hurt my knee and dr says to take it easy for 2 weeks. with limited movement I cant really exercise so I guess a 1/2 pound gain this week is not bad. stay healthy my friends.

    I’m disappointed in myself. I’ve completely given in to my feelings and temptations to eat anytime and anything I want. I’m in survival mode from my job teaching and I want nothing more than for summer break to get here.
    I feel gross and ashamed about how I have been eating. It’s time for me to get my eating habits back on track.

    Another small loss this week. I was hoping for a little more. For all my dedication it feels like my body is torturing me.

    Next week will be the last weigh-in for April and my goal was to be under 160. Come on body, don't fail me now!

    Wait...you lost weight and are still disappointed in yourself? I'm confused.

    Between taking steroids and other things going on, I'm not surprised by my gain this week. I've been pushing fluids and electrolytes to try to shake off the side effects of the steroids. My breathing is also better, so I've gotten back in the pool to exercise. I hope this is just one of those little blips and next week will be better.

    Good morning team Weight No More. Yesterday was a good day. I picked myself up friday and decided to just move on. The increase in pain that comes with me being more active put me into the circle of eating to solve for pain. I do know that food does not solve the pain problem but it does feel good in the moment. As of yet, I have not been able to self soothe consistently. It is a habit to soothe myself with food. I am replacing it with stretching, heat and ice, motrin, and meditation. So I have started where I left off. I met myself where I am at. And I am moving on from the overeating. My goal for today is to not overeat. Stop when I am satisfied. And above all love myself exactly the way I am. I am done with the beat down. It never works anyway.

    So today, My "Just one thing" is to be kind. Start telling myself sweet thoughts and smile and believe that I am worth it.

    Maybe I just wasn’t really ready to be fully committed to the challenges when I started in March. I notice that when I do put in my full effort: planning meals, abstaining from trigger foods, I do see the physical results. Eating healthier foods is a way of loving myself. I do for so many people all week, and focusing on my health in this way is like giving back to myself. If that makes sense :) One day at a time!

    My steps were very low last week. This weekend I haven't been feeling well. I'm not sure if it's the ozempic, my ibs, something I ate, a bug. My stomach has been turning all weekend. I haven't been able to stay out of the bathroom, I know tmi. I probably lost 10 pounds lol. It's been awful. Today it was raining so I just sat on the couch all day and watched TV. Yesterday I had to be at work because we were doing a playground clean up. Teachers and parents all came to help spread barkmulch and cut bushes and whatever else we needed done. It was great but my stomach wasn't having a great time. Hopefully this will pass soon.

    When I was starting on Ozempic, I had the same issues. For me, eating a spoonful of peanut butter helped with the nausea. I also kept graham crackers on my nightstand because I would wake up in the middle of the night feeling dreadful, but eating half a graham cracker put something in my stomach and soothed the nausea and stomach cramps. On Ozempic, I don't eat nearly as much, but I do eat little bits throughout the day. I like BelVita breakfast biscuits for something I can munch that is fairly bland (but I think they taste good), and Fairlife Nutrition Plan chocolate 30g protein shakes for my breakfasts each day.
