Up one since last check-in. No surprise, as I was very non-regimented last week.1

Well, it was a trip to the Yellow Zone this week at weigh-in Thursday evening. It was Yellow by 0.2#, but the key thing is to exercise the disciple of the approach. For me weighing in in the Yellow Zone means limiting myself to the WW healthy eating range each day until an official weigh-in back in the Green Zone (next Thursday). In other words, adding a bit more discipline than normal.
Two things drove this. I had a run-in with some Dunkin Donuts (oh yeah, definitely plural on the donuts) and then made some poorer choices at dinner that night. I weighed five pounds more the next day, which was one day before weigh-in day. In other words, I know what I did and why I did it, and I’m addressing it promptly but without being overly restrictive.1 -
Down 7.8lbs. I have really been working hard since Monday and it's showing up. I've just been way down in the attitude department for quite a while. No one can change what goes on in my head but me. Now it's time to keep it moving.
Well I saved the draft and just checked and never it the send.

It was an unusual (for me) week because I never once stepped on the scale between weekly weigh ins. Makes it interesting!0
