Hi everyone. I'm so excited, after weeks of being unmotivated, I have had two good days in a row. I logged all of my food, water and exercise. Yesterday I took a twenty-minute walk, which is unusual of me after work as I usually get straight into my PJ's and hit the couch. This morning I went to 20 minutes of weight training and an hour of spin class. Even though my husband had two beers with dinner I reminded myself that I have decided not to drink unless we're out for a special occasion and just had my flavored water.

Way to go Sabie! Great days feel so good and are so motivating! Day 3 coming up tomorrow!
Today was only my second day logging and I did pretty good. Passed on the doughnuts at work, minus one donut hole, which is hard to do. My work has snacks and treats out at least twice a week and it’s hard to not indulge. Today I still have 500 calories to use, if I want to, but it’s almost 8pm and I know it’s pretty late to be eating.
