Overnight oats
I'm not real fancy but wanted to share this with you all! 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup chocolate fairlife, over night in the fridge. Then I added 1 tblspn pb2 and heated for 30 seconds this morning. I swear it's like eating a no bake cookie for breakfast!

Rough Night
Last night I went to visit my parents, which is always anxiety producing. When my mom put a big piece of cheesecake in front of me, I just ate it. But I am going to continue the habit I've developed of tracking everything and weighing myself regularly and hopefully I will be able to change my eating habits.

Good morning/afternoon! I’ve been MIA the last few days. Weekends are hard for me to stay on track and I don’t work Fridays, so every weekend is a 3 day one for me. I have to remind myself that everyday is a new opportunity to get it right. How’s everyone else doing?

Down 1 pound
I have tracked every day this week and done 3 hours and twenty minutes of exercise. It's starting to pay off, I've already lost a pound and the week's not over. It's such a relief to feel in control of my health again.
