Good morning! So I thought I blew it already after I pre-logged my lunch, but I think I’ve recovered. Evidentially, cheese adds a lot of calories to a meal! 🤣 I knew that, obviously, and am being sarcastic. But dang it! I’ve been making chopped salads for lunch with lots of goodies - cucumber, garbanzo beans, artichoke hearts, shrimp or turkey, etc., but I do love cheese. It’s good to see the damage on “paper” because it will help me reign in the cheese next time, aka tomorrow. How’d did everyone else’s day start out?

I had a rough day, one of those days where you just want to go home and cry and put your pajamas on. I was so tempted to ask someone to meet me for happy hour. But I came home, heated up leftovers, and vented to my husband. I'm proud of myself that I didn't eat my feelings. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.1

Every day it will get better. I’m learning from what did the day before and trying really hard to repeat it. I am finding it hard to lowery calorie intake. Wow I didn’t realize how much I was eating.2
