Good morning/afternoon! I’ve been MIA the last few days. Weekends are hard for me to stay on track and I don’t work Fridays, so every weekend is a 3 day one for me. I have to remind myself that everyday is a new opportunity to get it right. How’s everyone else doing?

Good. I had some red wine and a small amount of dessert at a Memorial Day cookout yesterday, but I'm still on track. Went to the gym and did 30 minutes of weight training and 45 minutes of spin this morning. The day after a holiday is brutal, lol.0
