I had RNY in December 2022. I am looking for others who share their diaries so we can see what others are eating. No judgment just accountability. I like to see how others are doing compared to myself but don't believe in Yes and No foods.

    I would share but I'm like 5 days post surgery for gastric sleeve and it probably only have me putting up and go 1 sip for the next week 😅 Definitely can't wait for real food!
