    I feel like I made a breakthrough this past week. I decided to just set the app down and not plan my meals out. I think I had started to get a little too in my head and just needed to take a step back. This was the first week where I didn't overeat with my portions. I probably went over my calorie limit a few times, but the point is that it was very minimal compared to the usual. I'm going to try to eat a little more balanced/protein focused this week, but going to stick with keeping it more relaxed.

    Annoyed at the increase, but I ran a 5k race last night, so I am hoping it is water retention after really pushing myself in the race. Good luck to the rest of the team!
