I was diagnosed with Type II diabetes about 1 year ago and I have vacillated with diet and exercise. I am taking Metformin and, recently, started with Ozempic but I feel I could do better with Diet and Exercise. I am joining this group because My Fitness Pal is connected to my gym training program. Just trying to see how best to configure My Fitness Pal for a diabetic regimen. I thought this support group my be useful by providing suggestions. Thanks.

Hello and welcome to the group.
I'm no pro but I have a Garmin scale and a training wristwatch. So my weight and excersice, burned/consumed calories is tranfered between MFP and Garmin connect. Works very well. Now I see there is also support for glucose in MFP however I have not dug in to that, I primarly use MFP for detailed logging of food to try to understand my glucose levels.0 -
I used MFP to track weight while I was losing. I had an app on my phone to track the BG.
I use MFP these days to track calories/macros and keep up with the forums.0
