    I've been feeling like this lately 🤦🏻‍♀️
    But, the end of the month is almost here and I will make myself move again!!

    We may have dips and climbing back up the slopes seems tough each time, but we've gotta keep doing it so that each dip is easier to get out of!

    I had hoped for a bigger loss for the month of Sept. I am not sad though, my body has been working hard, with all the stress I had from work, the fact that I managed to lose makes me very happy.

    So... not exactly happy today - but yesterday I injured my foot -and now... I've put myself on the "bench" for a few days.... which really annoys me - seeing as last week I felt like i was doing so well on my exercising.
