I just started using the MFP app this week though I downloaded it a long time ago. I am a type 2 diabetic on Metformin. My doc is considering other options. I’m trying to improve my diet using this app. I have always been a bad carb eater so am looking for ways to up my protein and make good carbs taste better.

    You can do it! I found the logging to be good for me as I got my life (and BG) back in balance a little.

    It does take determination to change your diet for the long haul. Baby steps. This app is definitely a huge help for me.
    Carbs, are carbs, are carbs. fruits and veggies. whole wheat instead of white breads.
