What examples or suggestions can we share to help each other reach our goals.
I try to walk 30 minutes several times a week in addition to the normal daily activities.
What do you suggest to those who are not able to walk for exercise due to physical limitations??

    Hello, that is tricky. I think youtube has limited mobility exercise routines. All seated type. When I had first broken my coaxic bone. I was in so much pain. But when I laid down I would find relief. I went to physical therepy and learned alot of exercises to strenthen my core. This may be helpful to walk around as much as you can and then rest on a mat or on bed and do some strength or strech. For me I did the mat every hour for a long time.
