    I weigh in daily and report weekly averages to minimize day-to-day fluctuations

    Start weight (August 20st): 99.3 kg (2 day average)
    Goal weight (Christmas): 92.0 kg (lose 7.3 kg)
    • Week 11 (November 5th): 95.6 kg (lost 0.2 kg this week, lost 3.7 kg in total, 3.6 kg to go)
    • Week 12 (November 12th): 95.4 kg (lost 0.2 kg this week, lost 3.9 kg in total, 3.4 kg to go)
    • Week 13 (November 19th): 95.3 kg (lost 0.1 kg this week, lost 4.0 kg in total, 3.3 kg to go in 5 weeks)
    OK, very small loss again this week. But it is a loss and this is the hardest time of year: too busy at work, dark/cold/wet outside, short days, lots of festivities. So any loss is good. And just finished a 40+ km outdoor ride, so hopeful to keep losing. Trying to get to 93.X kg around Christmas seems like a doable goal still.

    Was on my way to a big loss, but festivities and treats spoiled my last two days. No wories: still going down and getting in some hefty exercise today to make up for it and start the new week healthy±

    My journey was good this year. Lost 8kg and only dieted 4 months. Have been sick. Got couple flu and then my muscle got hit badly. But still my weight is 72kg. Im happy on that. Next year goal is to be 65kg and keep going 3 times gym and 2 times run a week.
