Hello! I'm Melissa and I was part of the 5% Challenge on SP and started here after the change but couldn't keep up but I am ready and willing to try to shed 5% once again! I'm getting nowwhere doing what I'm currently doing! If I had my choice of teams the Tenacious Gr8ters sounds like the right fit for me but I will take any team who might have room! Hopefully I'll be part of the 5% Challenge for Winter 2024 but if not I'll keep watching for the next round! ~Melissa~0

Hi, @Ceriusly1. I would be interested in joining a team. I used to do the 5% challenges on Sparkpeople and someone mentioned that they still happened on MFP a few days ago on a Facebook chat. I'm not very familiar with how MFP works, but think this may be a way for me to learn! I don't mind what group I join - would just appreciate to be part of a caring weight-loss community again. I used to be Sunshine 20113 on Sparkpeople, but it was a while ago, now.1
