How is everyone doing so far this week? Not to brag, but I stayed within my calorie goal the last two days, and even fit in a few minutes of excercise. Baby steps I guess.

What are the habits you want to build this year to achieve your objective?
On my end, I am working towards:
- 4 trainings per week (2 strength, 2 specialized)
- 2-3 moderate volleyball practices per week
- Cooking my own meals, doing meal prep once per week
- Learning more about nutrition, cold exposition, exercises, sleep, and all concepts related to health.
It’s going well on my end, although living woth other people with whom you share some meals and cupboard spaces can be hard. If one person buy junk food and I see it, I want to eat it. It’s an everyday battle.1 -
@MarieSoleil046 , It's good you have specific goals! I don't yet. I am starting with just trying to eat healthy and stay below my calorie goal. We have some treadmills at work, so I can walk on my breaks.
Other than that, I will need to set some exercise goals and schedule time to make it happen.
How do you do volleyball practice? Do you have enough experience to practice skills independently? Or do you have a coach or lessons?0
