I’m about to start Keto again as I’m struggling with slimming world options.
Does anyone here subscribe to Diet Doctor in the Uk or can you recommend another place to get ideas from

    I personally don't subscribe to anywhere. There are so many free options out there. I have not seen the need at this point. I have been doing Keto since April, and have not really run short on options yet.
