Hi I’m new to the group. I was just wondering if anyone uses the workouts in the app. Trying to find something appropriate that won’t hurt me! I’be had a couple of months of being off walking due to illness and life, trying to find something gentle for restart

I can relate about having to take some time off. I have been off for several months because of an injury.
I found it is not as easy to rebound as when you are younger. I have been taking really little steps and am gradually getting back to normal. I have a ways to go, but every little bit helps.
I think just moving, yoga, stretching, etc. it a huge help.
