I'm Joy, and I'm currently looking for support partners for a weight loss journey. I've set a goal to lose 15 kg by New Year's, and I believe having someone to share this journey with could make the process more motivating and rewarding.

    Morning, my goal is to lose 15kgs too. It's my birthday in April so that's my aim. I'm keen to support like minded people as I need the support, motivation, reminders too :)

    I totally understand! I don't have a goal weight in mind I just wanna make better choices and reduce my over eating. Welcome!
