Although I do most of my reading on the Kindle these days I do see some beautiful special edition books on Booktube and Instagram. Sprayed edges, inlaid covers, interior artwork and maps, etc. is anyone a special edition collector and have insight into how one can get in on releases?

Hmm, I have found some more general releases at Amazon (special editions of The Farseer Trilogy by Robin Hobb).

For some special editions I look at The Signed Page, which has author signed SFF genre books, and some special editions. For example, a signed hardcover deluxe edition of Snow Crash by Neal Stephenson (now sold out, I wish I had seen it) for $65. A signed and numbered hardcover special edition of The Scions of Shannara by Terry Brooks there is $150, with a slipcase available for an additional $50 (some of this stuff is quite pricey).

Also check out Grim Oak Press for some specials like that.

Also look at The Poisoned Pen for more signed books, all different genres.
