Just joined this group, my first. I am 69 and lift at the gym 2-3 x's a week with my (thin) husband. Also walk/run regularly. But I eat too much! Healthy, usually not heavily processed food...just too much. I am not in the overweight range for my height, looking at BMI, but would feel and BE much healthier and energetic at about 10-15 pounds less. hope to motive others in this group and to BE motivated as well. so....hello!

Hi, @santoinetteberger! It sounds like you're well on your way! How have you been doing since you posted?
I'm 73 and over the last 20 years or so, have lost 80 pounds. It was IF that helped the most, but I still have a way to go to my goal.0
