@VeryKatie - 4 wks pp and feeling mostly back to normal. Baby was born early but she's doing great. My stomach being sensitive is the last hurdle but much better than it was.

How are my babies already 7 weeks old!? I packed up their newborn clothes and definitely cried.

Currently eating 2300 calories a day without exercise.

@VeryKatie I know how you feel. Mine will be 6 weeks soon. Granted we're packing up Preemie in another week. We're almost 7lbs!

I've been very inconsistent in both tracking and quality of food. Although with the warmer weather we've been walking together the last couple days which has been nice to get some fresh air. I lost a lot of strength, l have come to realize from the walks. Will have to slowly build that back.

Looks like I've started to leveled off. However I'm starting back up (like with my last two) a dairy/soy free diet to help with her protein sensitivity issues. This may or may not increase the drop, or stall me out more. My nursing cravings are starting in recently too as my stomach feels almost back to normal. I'm going to try to start logging consistently to help keep up a slow and stay loss.

So... calorie counting seems to legit made me hungrier. I might need to go with the Intuitive+nap trapped method lol.

@karen_thinmint is baby having signs of allergies? That's so hard. My babies seem to be OK now. One had/has GERD but my Dr suggested cutting hit feeds off a short over night when he is flat and that simple trick has helped so much.

@VeryKatie the dairy elimination has helped with her gas and surprisingly cleared her baby acne. But her heartburn has gotten worse, all the tricks haven't worked so she is starting something from the dr to ease her pain and stop the spitups/throwups. But she's still kept putting on weight - so I'm grateful for that.

I've been having a rough week of life. I rear ended someone (who happens to live 3 doors down so i cant even make the clean break of embarrassment) and my insurance is trying to get out of covering all of our carseats that need replacing (so I'll be out $2000 if they dont). Everyone has pink eye. All our baby swings broke. Thank goodness my parents were able to come over for a few days! Oh and I have a clogged duct again that didn't clear all night even nursing twins on it.

My dairy/soy free is ongoing and very boring and annoying. But it was slipped in my food and she reacted, so confirmed it is worth it.

I've plateaued around 167 so I've stopped checking my weight as much. But I wanted to see if meal planning helps my rut (both in weight and diet boredum)

Yeah it was not good. Insurance denied the carseats so I had to replace 4 brand new seats :(

My own eye has got something going on and I got some mild mastitis so onto antibiotics for me. I'm hoping it fixes my eye issue but the Dr said if the heat compress didn't work and the antibiotics don't work it might be a cyst that needs to be surgically removed urg. It doesn't look thaaaaat bad, maybe I'll just live with it lol.

I changed my goal and am doing a diet revamp. And adding exercise. Just got diagnosed with mildly high cholesterol at the young age of 35 (10 years too early at least, got my dr to check since I eat the worst and exercise the least of all my siblings and my mom let slip they all have high cholesterol too so something genetic going on probably but also i have not taken good care of myself in a long time).

Now I'm trying to figure out the low saturated fat, higher Fibre diet and struggling to find appropriate but easy and happy snacks - all without going too overboard and getting stressed. Goodie gum drops for me. But my husband and I are also very "omg we have 5 kids, can't do this alone" so he's also on board with me revamping the whole family's food and taking turns exercising every other day. He's convinced he probably has some issue coming for him too if he doesn't change things up. So luckily I've got lots of support.

@AshesSquared yay another MFPer in the group! I have approximately the same weight goal as you, I hope we can encourage each other on!

@karen_thinmint oh no! How did the soy get slipped in? I hate when people arent careful. My nephews are allergic to peanuts and other nuts and my in-laws keep bringing nut items to family gatherings and I am infuriated for my BIL and SIL. And yet they're more careful about my daughter's oat allergy which is FPIES, not anaphylaxis. Make it make sense. Was the slip up for you intentional or unintentional? I know soy can be a real bother with hidden sources like "vegetable oil".
