Wednesday ~ April 17
Good morning Shape Shifters. My morning started with taking apart the puzzle I made and opening a new one. I got groceries delivered at 9:00. When that was all put away I went out to the free wifi spot again to check on my emails. I saw then that my new modem would arrive in the afternoon which made me very happy. I got some more groceries in town and then I went back home to get ready for a walk. The weather was pretty nice; sunny but with a cool breeze. I really needed to relax outside so I took my camera with me. I didn't walk very far, but I really took the time to look around, watch the birds and see what else I could find to photograph. I had a lovely time and it was a great mood booster. After I got my new modem at 14:00, I mostly played some games and had a looong lapsession with Tinus. The weather turned quite nasty later in the day with thunder and hail so I was very happy I got the enjoy the sun in the morning. Happy Thursday everyone5 -

It may be the warmth from the sun shining through a window, the smell of freshly brewing coffee or a photograph capturing a happy time. Notice how much better these things make you feel. ~ No exercise either, I had to listen to my body and yesterday my body said “your knee is teetering on the edge again!” Being aware of knee pain is a new concept for me and I’m finding that it’s really not a joke, it’s not something you can just push through.4 - Track / Under / 20min Exercise?
