    The daily card:
    Often it is easier to focus on unpleasant emotions than pleasant ones. Look around and list all the things that make you happy in this moment. Use all your senses. It may be the warmth from the sun shining through a window, the smell of freshly brewing coffee or a photograph capturing a happy time. Notice how much better these things make you feel. Do this once or twice every day. Eventually you will do this without having to make a conscious effort.

    ~ No exercise either, I had to listen to my body and yesterday my body said β€œyour knee is teetering on the edge again!” Being aware of knee pain is a new concept for me and I’m finding that it’s really not a joke, it’s not something you can just push through.

    Good morning Shape Shifters. Thanks for the nice comments about the pictures. I had another nice walk. It was very wet, green and there was frost on the ground when I left. The light was sooo pretty. I saw a lot of cool birds again, but almost all of them were too far away, even for my camera. I forgot to keep track of what else I did during the day and I don't remember, so it probably wasn't interesting. Just some gaming! Happy Friday everyone <3

    This is a good reminder to turn around and look back while on a walk every now and then. I almost missed this.
