Wednesday ~ April 17
Good morning Shape Shifters. My morning started with taking apart the puzzle I made and opening a new one. I got groceries delivered at 9:00. When that was all put away I went out to the free wifi spot again to check on my emails. I saw then that my new modem would arrive in the afternoon which made me very happy. I got some more groceries in town and then I went back home to get ready for a walk. The weather was pretty nice; sunny but with a cool breeze. I really needed to relax outside so I took my camera with me. I didn't walk very far, but I really took the time to look around, watch the birds and see what else I could find to photograph. I had a lovely time and it was a great mood booster. After I got my new modem at 14:00, I mostly played some games and had a looong lapsession with Tinus. The weather turned quite nasty later in the day with thunder and hail so I was very happy I got the enjoy the sun in the morning. Happy Thursday everyone5 -

Hi All, yesterday made a re-commitment to myself and involved my girls to keep me accountable.
~ I think it's a mindset/block, but I've been struggling to show up for myself (consistently) I have short bursts of momentum and then it start to wane.
Anyhow, girls and I did a Zumba video last night to start with something fun.
Tonight - we will try a different full body workout video.
I'm the same way. Even though I enjoy training, I need some accountability otherwise I'll start and stop and not make much progress.2 -

Good morning Shape Shifters. Thanks for the nice comments about the pictures. I had another nice walk. It was very wet, green and there was frost on the ground when I left. The light was sooo pretty. I saw a lot of cool birds again, but almost all of them were too far away, even for my camera. I forgot to keep track of what else I did during the day and I don't remember, so it probably wasn't interesting. Just some gaming! Happy Friday everyone
This is a good reminder to turn around and look back while on a walk every now and then. I almost missed this.
