I have really bad knees

Looking for ladies inputs for excercise that isn't geared towards 20-40 yr old bodies. My knees are shot and have told to get them replaced. I'm not a fan of pain. Do I and trying to get my leg muscles built up. Oh yeah and my fat infested belly too.

I have a really bad knee - a torn meniscus - and I’m amazed that riding my stationary bicycle is helping!1

I'm 76 years old and have no cartilage in my knees, and I have spinal stenosis. I do chair squats and recumbent bike to help my knees. Chair yoga and pool walking are good exercises for overall conditioning without stress. Good luck!0
