No Motavation
Hello Beautiful Ladies, I'm 75 years old and mother nature played a dirty trick on me. It seems like the older I get my motivation to get up and get out to walk and exercise is suffering. If I didn't have to walk the dog I don't think I would go out at all. With the hot 🔥 weather I'm toast. Any suggestions?

Do you feel exercise programs are lacking for seniors?
I’ve been using My Fitness Pal for many years and thought I’d join a group. I don’t see many posts so am just wondering if many are participating in this group. I love using this app but find that the exercise programs don’t really include much for us seniors who don’t quite move like those young-uns. Anyone agree?
I have really bad knees
Looking for ladies inputs for excercise that isn't geared towards 20-40 yr old bodies. My knees are shot and have told to get them replaced. I'm not a fan of pain. Do I and trying to get my leg muscles built up. Oh yeah and my fat infested belly too.

Just Joined 2020
retired 18 months ago and gained 35 lbs from my own home cooking - turning 70 in October and celebrating for 2 weeks in Europe. Want to lose 30 to 35 lbs by then - Really need to keep track of what I eat. Love that this app lets me add my recipes and calculated the calories, etc. Wish me luck!!
